Nope, they've been hiring en masse for awhile now.  Very little turnover at NYX.  They're at over 1200 employees and counting.

nope for growth and expansion  June 15, 2017 (LAS VEGAS, USA) We are hiring over 100 people across the next 18 months to build our next generation, truly productised Sportsbook platform. https://www.nyxgaminggroup.com/openbet-part-of-nyx-gaming-group-launches-new-product-innovation-hub

Wow, very very surprising.  Just when costs were finally starting to be reigned in, now the hiring of 100 people  for a new sportsbook?? As I mentioned in November, for every new hire, they should let someone go.  What happened to all the CRYP/CWH staff when the upgrades had taken place? I know there's growth to be associated with the new sportsbook platform but when you' ...more

bohikam, as I said to you once before, you cannot "will" a stockprice to go up. What kind of c rap did you just post? The fact that NYX is looking to hire so many for the next generation is concerning.  I'd be fine with it as long as they cut elsewhere. Have we seen evidence of cuts ? No,  just the opposite.  The last 2 quarters, we've seen is a levelling ...more

Stocksandbonds, you are here pi$$ing and moaning again. Make an informed decision? After the rant you just posted, how much more do you need? I realize you lost your shirt on this but what is all this negativity you spout going to accomplish?

EvelKneival has posted stats showing Amaya has more debt in ratio to it's revenue than NYX, i wonder how many employees they have?

Stocksandbonds you forget one important fact NYX is not a company in decline growth drives stock price  GLTA

I think that the time of the hiring is poor. The company has good organic grow and we're finally seeing some cost cuttings with the refinancing, but hiring 50 or 100 employees right now is going to hurt us again. I'm all in favor of growth but the benefits of this massive hiring will not be seen right of way and I'm afraid that this will delay SP growth in the near future. If I was a ...more

Hiring takes a while and the article said over the next 18 months so I don't think there is much to worry about. Although I hear you stocksandbonds and understand you know of companies with great promise that died because of staffing costs in the past. This is online gambling and it's not going anywhere and it's growing fast.  Especially since Q1 report stated 28 customer signed ...more

Retired, this is typical of spendthrift, inept management which is what NYX has. I would only buy more shares when they get rid of Davey and the few lackeys on the board.
