Hard to say. Board and mgmt behind the offer so I don't think a better offer is coming. Funds will likely support the offer too. But only my opinion.

Have no idea--- But--- in aug.2017, PIH ,Pacific Insigt  , closed @ 10.50 area, next day there was a halt and a  buyout announcement of an $18.35 takeover. One poster wrote, I do not think another offer will be forthcoming. In early sept 2017 , woke up to news that a Chinese firm had upped the offer to 24.oo plus the stock moved up from the low 18.00 level to 22.50, has since settled in ...more
