Adjusted EBITDA of $17.4 million,an increase of 20.2%over the prior year period;
Adjusted EBITDA margin of 29.8%compared to 26.7%for the prior year period;
Netcash provided by operating activities of $34.3 million for the nine monthsended September 30, 2017 compared to netcash provided by operating activities of $17.8 million for the prior year period;
Signed 18 newagreements for the Open PlatformSystemand OpenGaming System;
Launched OGS contentacross 12 newclientsites;and
As ofSeptember 30, 2017, held developmentcommitments with 40 customers that have not yet launched.
