Normally they announce about the second last day of the month so the fact they moved it up two weeks is all about getting shareholders to know their current situation so they will vote their shares for the current deal or a better one if it materializes.  If not it would see company is doing just fine on their own although I have not got through MD and A yet.

that is quite possible as well. Now all the latest information is in the public market so everything is on the up and up.
