What should i do here?

Have some money and I would love to dump everything on NYX again to make some money. Is it worth it? Will deal actually close? What is the downside from here, if any?

I don't think anyone can say whether the deal will close, but I can say with certainty that there's an 80%+ chance that over the next 2 years this will go up, not down.  Do your own DD and make an informed choice.
