i think the warrants have a strike price of 3.50
not 100% sure but that is what it looks like from the last set of financials. If that is the case it is a strange purchase by Pollard.
I think it was more of a bluff to show the world that they already own 8,500,000 shares so in theory could like quibash the 2.40 offer or sell to William Hill for a better price.
