To be clear, SGMS gobbled up NYX not TSGI. TSGI did benefit from the casino deal as well as selling its share in NYX which was at the same level as shareholders sold at when taken over. TSGI is buying Skybetting PLC which is a major user of the OB software platform and also put in money along with William Hill for a more robust platform. TSGI and SGMS will do well going forward. sb
