Silver batteries are poised to be a game-changer for electric vehicles, outperforming traditional lithium-ion batteries in every key aspect according to the Silver Industry. With a longer lifespan, double the range, faster charging, and superior performance in extreme weather, silver batteries could revolutionize the EV market. They offer lighter weight, higher energy density, a quick 10-minute charge, an impressive 600-mile range, and a lifespan of up to 20 years, significantly reducing the need for costly replacements. Amid exploring one of the largest and highest-grade silver deposits in the world, Outcrop Silver & Gold (OCG.v OCGSF) unveiled more high-grade silver results, hitting up to 6.9 kilograms of silver per ton in one hole at its Santa Ana Project.
With some sections reaching nearly 7 kilograms per ton, OCG's latest drill results from the Aguilar vein revealed a significant intersection of over six meters at more than 800 grams of silver equivalent.
Additional drill holes showed consistent high-grade intercepts, including one meter at 900 grams, 1.6 meters at 700 grams, and one meter at 1.2 kilograms of silver.
These results are from a 1.8-kilometer strike on the Aguilar vein, marking a substantial step out from the current resource area. The overall resource area covers a 15-kilometer corridor, with most resources concentrated in the Northwest. The new findings align with previous results, suggesting the potential for a much larger resource.
Boasting 37M ounces at a grade of 73% silver from just 7 out of 22 sampled veins, OCG's Santa Ana Silver Project provides a unique and compelling investment opportunity in the silver sector, with significant potential for OCG to become a major player.
