After KL gets their ~24M shares we'll have nearly 250M shares outstanding, not considering warrants + options. $1-$2 would imply between $250M-$500M Market Cap, while owning only 25% of our assets. I'm a bull for ORX but this is not a reasonable expectation at all, even if gold goes up >100% and we drill >1000 gram-meters intersections. Sorry.

This is objectively untrue based on what this company currently is. Suggesting otherwise would show a fundamental lack of understanding of how to value junior mining companies. Please do not spread misinformation, it will only hurt ORX's share price in the medium and long term when what you're suggesting does not materialize.

No, gold price going up 100% does not make ORX worth $250M. If ORX's assets were worth 250M even on a 100% attributable basis, KL backs in and ORX MC is 62.5M. So what you're saying is actually that ORX's assets are worth more than $1B on an 100% attributable basis.
