As for the KL deal it is extremely beneficial to ORX/MIS because they will incurr 60 million in costs and there is NO WAY either one of these companies would be able to generate that amount of money. Time to add or start a position.

MY BELIEF IS THE PRICE OF GOLD WILL RUN HIGHER IN THE SECOND HALF OF THIS YEAR.  I ALSO BELIEVE THE ORX AND MIS DEAL IS INTERESTING TO SECURE A HEALTHY DRILLING BUDGET - 124M IS A HUGE BUDGET! IF WE HIT, WE WILL GO HIGHER.  I DO BELIEVE THIS SECURITY COMES AT A COST.  THE MARKET TO THIS POINT, DOESN'T LIKE THE KL DEAL. 3
