Risks related to cartels
Hi all,
The only reason keeping me from adding to my position in Oroco is the risk of cartels moving in and tzking the profit from this mine, which i find very difficult to factor into this stock.
Do you guys know how this potential issue is being addressed by management?
Are there other mining projects where cartels have been an issue?

This issue was addressed by Adam Smith, around the 34 minute mark in the Feb 11th corporate presentation. ** NO DRUG CARTEL ISSUES AT SANTO TOMAS **

Not a popular opinion; but cartels are not so heartless that they'll stop a project that has done so much for the Choix community. OCO sponsors soccer leagues, baseball leagues, painted schools, etc ... and this is before any work even started on the actually property!

Thanks for reference! How I understand is that there is very low risk of copper being stolen during transportation. Actually quite logical considering its "only" a few thousand dollars per ton.
