Question on insiders.

I have a question. Is not an insider restricted to sell so often at times considering his privy information?   Do they not have blocked times especially when news is coming out soon?  I think it also holds true for buying.

Correct, they should be in blackout if there is some material news. Stephen Leahy unloading shares is very annoying to see - I can understand if it was a one-off thing to exercise warrants or meet expenses but that has not been the case so far.. cheers JG77
