Resistivity: Low in Part of Brasiles Zone?

Does one draw any negative conclusion from this statement in the 3D IP report notwithstanding the futher comment in the report that chargeablity may found at deeper levels:

"However, in Brasiles it is co-incident with a low-resistivity response. The Resistivity response is best developed at depth, possibly indicating a change in alteration intensity."

Pleading my ignorance.  Thank you.

I'm no expert either but I believe it's referring to the area of chargeability on the west side of Brasiles that was unknown until the 3DIp survey.(circled below from Ian's interview with Mariusz) As it was hiding under surface rock that appears to be unmineralized and could contain additional minteralization it's a postive in my books.

Sorry the picture didn't make it, stockhouse needs undate their technoogy. It must be 10 years old at least. If you go to the interview with Ian, timestamp about 7:25 you can see the image there.

thanks so much for your explanation. I will turn to the Graham video later.

pullsea, with such geophysical surveys, lower resistivity is the suggestion of HIGHER METALLIC CONTENT; which may mean higher Cu and/or higher waste metals such a Iron Pyrite [FeS]; where such ambiguity is best resolved through core and assay. Suggestion: go to Mariusz's Ian Graham YouTube video [starting at about 06:40] where Ian provides a West-East chargeability cross-section --- where ...more

Neftylvan, so well explained that I am kicking myself for forgetting my Electricity 101...and I am a mechanical engineering graduate, etc :-)   Inadvertently, I kept confusing Low Reasistance with Low Chargeability (Low Conductivity).  Dumb.  Thanks for your professorial level explanation to bring it down to "my level".  Good luck all
