I really appreciate these updates from Adam, but since we're into geological results, it would be great to hear from Mr. Graham and Mr. Pelletier as well.  The prospect of expansion in the NZ is quite enticing, but also a bit disconcerting that such a wide range was given on permits for that drilling - Q1 or Q2 2022. Who have access to these conference calls ?  This presentation was done on the 9th and this is only released now on the 13th. While there was really not material news, Adam did mention that a small raise would be done at the beginning of 2022. This should be disclosed to all shareholders ? GLTA

I would think any shareholder should be able to get access to those calls. That said, I've made a request to Torrey Hills Capital twice before and they never bothered to respond. I have said before that Oroco could find a better PR/IR firm.

This will go through in the sub $2.00, hence the sell off which started on the 9th,,. Basically the drill program has really only started in terms of results & only scratched the surface of what was already known so I don't understand the immediacy of a raise given the funds on hand with more coming in from warrants,,.

Better raise when you can than when you need the money.  Drilling is expensive and they need to push it as fast as possible.   And having cash on the balance sheet will strenghten their negociation position with any suitor.   No idea what is the size of what they qualify as  a small raise however. The Oracle will maybe get his flock to invest on this ?

I think he mentions the size to be similar to the 15 Mil in the treasury plus the 14 Mil in the warrants? 1.80 into 29 million is 16 million shares? Would have been nice to know this was coming, sell in the high twos, pick it it back up in the high ones,,,.

He has been talking about a CAD 20-30m raise in late 2021 or early 2021 for at least the past 6 months in every single torrey hills capital video. This is not a surprise. 25m at CAD2.50 shares price would be 10m shares so 4% dilution. Peanuts. What you get in return are 2 more rigs and the ability for oco to drill this out quickly and have $$ for eg step out holes in brasiles to unlock additional
