Can't help but think OM are almost giving Pine Point away to a hedge fund.  Have the numbers disappointed the management team?

Is it possible they had to make tough decision in a workd of finite resources (time and money that is) and they believe realizing the upside at Gaspe is worth giving away majority of PP?
