It was a different company and totally different management team who did not see this project to the end.  Hense totally new managment, new company with reverse takeover, experienced field team and they are proving up what is in the ground.  When you have Silver corps VP as one of the directors of Omai, you know they have an interest in finding out what is in the ground.  If this

Good news that financing got completed. Where did you find the insider participation?  Did Silvercorp participate in this financing?  How do you no the resource numbers as I didn't see that released and if others know them how is that fair for retail.

News release said there was almost 3 million units purchased by insiders.  I am not sure if Silver corp participated.  I will have to dig a bit further to find that out.  We will see what sedar will tell us. I don't see anything about Silvercorp participating which I find very very concerning.  I will take tax losses.  I can get back in in the future if things work out well.

Thanks, yes I'm satisfied it's not the Moose Pasture Perps of Mahdia.  That this recent financing was:  1. Oversubscribed 2. Non-brokered 3. Heavily bought by insiders  tells me all I need to know.  And don't worry about whether Silvercorp added or not; they probably did, through some stalking-horse entity they own or control so their name wouldn't appear and
