Also where is the buying support for this stock??????  Looks like since the release of the resource only $100k of buying.  That is absolutely pathetic for a major update.  Management needs to earn their salary and show us that the market likes this resource and they are creating value for shareholders as it has done nothing but gone down.   Deliver results and get the share price up.   Don't want to hear they invested in the current financing and they like what they see as they also invested in the 17c financing and we are sitting at 11c with a resource now.   The only insiders that did not invest in this financing at 11c is Silvercorp.

I know this is old news but on the last private placement in June, Silvercorp purchased 4,464,706 units at a purchase price of .17 and also exercised over 2 million warrants at .23 later this past summer (they had 36 months to exercise).  So they were interested then and maybe now have budget constraints and want Omai to do the exploration work first. They are playing a wait and see game

I see nothing anywhere that Silvercorp exercised their 23 cent warrants?   Can you provide the news release or notes that they exercised those warrants.

The purchasing of shares by Silvercorp and exercising of warrants for .23 for the June PP was available on Canadian Insider.  The free version does not go past 6 months so that info is not available now unless you subscribe to Canadian Insider which I do not.  If I remember correctly they were exercised sometime in July.  I would think that info is available on Sedar, I have not

As far as I know you do not have to put out a news release to indicate the insiders purchase of shares or exercising of warrants but you do have to report them.   This is why I check out the Canadian Insiders on a regular bases to see which insiders are disclosing purchasing or selling.  Canadian Insider currently has the most current Omai insiders on the November PP which is most

I agree. But as Silvercorp is an insider they have to file if they exercised warrants.  The 23 cent warrants came with thr 17c financing just like all the investors.   There is no indication they exercised them.
