As much as I agree with your statement to some degree, Elaine has never indicated she was able to run a mine. If you watch some of her interviews with reputable analysts, she has always indicated she is a geologist and is not experienced in running a mine. She focuses on her strengths which is finding the mineral resources which she is doing a fantastic job doing. Elaine indicate
