Copper rises above $4/BDI jumps

These are both very positive signals that the world economy is recovering from the interruption of supplies caused by the Japanese erarthquake in March 2011.............................and continued good news for Oracle..

why is this stock losing ground? shouldn't it be moving up by now?
Comment by ndiamond on Sep 06, 2011 9:49pm
Anyone selling iat these levels is giving it away.  Just keep accumulating and take advantage of the current weakeness in the market.    I've bee adding alot more shares to my position.

I have added. but have lost faith in this stock it's been on a downward spiral even while other copper stocks have held steady or have moved with the metal. So is it a good story or just a big money trap??????????????

I believe it is a good story but management has dropped the ball here...........they have to ramp up visibility and assay results. The two new directors appear to be a positive addition, including a Pala rep, but a little more patience is required. The Company needs to provide a compliant resource number as a starting point so we can figure out a  share price value. In the meantime, the ...more

The core assays have been slow in receipt due to backlog at the assay lab. These are mainly infill, appraisal with some extensisonal. They will be needed for the new 43-101.It looks like it will now be early Oct before the new 43-101 will be released.

this is pretty sad. people  unloading 85,000 shares. I guess bad news is coming or issuing new shares at 1.00. Any thoughts? What happened? Any theories?

It is Coalcorp Mining that is unloading shares at $1.10. They own 5m shares. I don't believe there is any bad news coming  and a money raise is still a few months away.
Comment by soulpower on Sep 15, 2011 8:18pm
coalcorp is a big company. why are they selling....they must know something. not good in my opinion. why do they have 5mm shares? if they keep selling this stock s/p will fall even more...lawsuit coming? feels like trouble ahead......
Comment by bepractical on Sep 16, 2011 9:42am
Coalcorp is a very tiny company with 2 investments and no production.
Comment by soulpower on Sep 16, 2011 10:31am
well they are unloading cheap. another 220,000 today at 1.10. why would they want out when this company has so much upside.....unless  their is a problem...permits? no financing? any theories.? why did the CEO Kevin quit? something doesn't feel right. Btw my average is 2.05....not happy i have to say. would you average down or toooooo risky toooo many unknows...this could break down ...more

I had concerns before Coalcorp selling and e-mailed company and have not received a reply as of yet. I have e-mailed them again just before this post and I am hoping for a reply. Has anyone else had any contact with company?Coalcorp and their selling of shares has been more detrimental to the share price than over all market conditions. Before their first bought of selling the share price was ...more

selling cheap 1) need the money 2) maybe they were selling from the beginning when the stock went from 2.50 to 1.60's so now they can afford to sell at this price (break even). Like you my concerns are,... why are they selling? There could be a major problem and we are not being told. Did you call the IR people at Oracle? and if so who do we call?not happy about this whatsoever. the ...more

You should read the CCJ bullboard for insight on OMN and why perhaps Pala and CCJ are going to make their move soon.CCJ just added a mining contractor to their team and a new CEO whose well versed in M & A.Get yourself some CCJ...........
Comment by soulpower on Sep 16, 2011 3:53pm
so how bad will this be for OMN? can they buy OMN on the cheap? why would they want to do this?
Comment by ndiamond on Sep 19, 2011 4:04am
ok first off, soulpower, take a few deep breaths.  need to regain your composure, my man.I bought another 20k shares last week.   may pick up some more if continues to trade at $1.10 level.   great buying opportunity.  it is only b/c of Coalcorp pressuring the market that it is trading so low.  they are the only seller.   i am confident that once ...more

why are they selling? on the CCJ there is talk of taking over OMN....any thoughts? they have 5 mm to sell...that's quite a lot.
Comment by ndiamond on Sep 19, 2011 3:52pm
I'd say that Coalcorp is bitter about something.   The selling seems to be "emotional" rather than based on fundamentals of the company.     Look at Mercier's response -- all positive.     Whatever the reason, it is giving investors to get in at an "artificially" low price.    Look at the next offer -- is at $1 ...more

You say there"s an share offering at !.20. Where have you seen this and who is offering it and to whom?
Comment by TheRock07 on Sep 19, 2011 5:11pm
CoalCore doesnt need the cash....they have plenty.CCJ is not dumping its shares.Trade station data show that  CCJ  shares are being  transferred to friendly hands.....most likely Pala or Pala; s proxy.Recent  Management moves in both OMN ( Drover;s departure )and particlularly CCJ shows that CCJ is being groomed as a mining company for Pala ( which owns 44 % of CCJ ).CCJ's ...more

jojo -- you may be misunderstanding.  my comment was if you look at the market depth (displaying the bid and ask (offers)) on OMN -- after the Coalcorp offer (selling) at $1.10 - the next offer in the system is 1200 shares at $1.28.     Point being the current market price is artificially pushed down - by one seller who seems to be selling out of ...more
