3 brokerage firms probably own 90% of all the stock and warrants (maybe 6 advisors) : Mackie, Haywood and Cannacord (as per finders fees were paid to them....)
No deal will happen without these guys saying "YES, we love it"
They want a 10 bagger for their clients not just a deal!!!!
I'm glad they took their time and didn't jump on just another BS pump deal
Stop concentrating on KR, he's clearly not the one making the ultimate decisions

and for the future stock price, new blood close to any deal will create liquidity for the weak hands
Most of the disapointed shareholders probably have no paper left anyway

Well I certainly hope you are right Eric. The only thing that bothers me is this close down of trading is going to be a long wait. From what I read it is 4-6 months even once you have merger or candidate in place which we do not yet. This could be 9 months or longer (similar to his friend at ALQ).  People who do not mind lockups invest in private companies or do private placements on ...more

Lol. This is hilarious typical KR. Long hogwash letter to his shareholders. Oh my...don’t focus on KR says Leboof but he is Omnis leader and writes this BS. This reminds me of his long weekend love letters to his shareholders.  21+ million shares coming open soon and nobody can sell them.  Big firms own 90% of this BS. Took 4 months to close and my friend got in with 10K cash twice ...more
