Metrics and cashflow would accept a 3 year /10%coupon/ 7MM$ convertible debenture at 3.50$ with 5$ warrant !!!!!!

Where did you read this? Or did you just work backwards from the supposed net profit? While converible debt might make sense, if its shares up front we get diluted. So after reasing money late year and early this year and being on lock up we are now raising more money reversing and going to a new exchange? I think in order to evaluate this we would need a bit more info at the very least. The ...more
