Lawsuit Management Negligience

What would be even better is to file a lawsuit against the management team for negligience in running the company. 

This will probably not get anywhere but it will bring attention to this type of mismanagement that occurs.

It definitely cannot hurt.

I do no think a lawsuit makes any sense but for now we can inquire with regulators to see where these things stand and make some comments regarding the long lockups, oddball promises not just by this company but others and the fact that public shareholders have been iced out of the market and made to be private placement holders. We have new management and they deserve a shot but we also need to

Wow. Haven’t been here since KR got suspended. Just checked out financials. Last 3 months they had 189,000$ in salaries plus the CFO salary. Like $260 in a quarter while he does nothing  anybody KR knew or knows would be shady. Keep the heat on and report these bums

Yikesss............... Typical bad managment. Who can get paid like that for doing nothing.  The ship is sunk before even getting out of the dock.

These guys don't even try to hide it or pretend they are doing something. It is right in your face.
