As I have posted before, I understand the exchange started with these halts as everyone was trying to be a blockchain or cannibis company. If the intention was to protect investors it does not seem to be working. What has happened is stocks get halted, and insiders make all kinds of deals and spend money and shareholders who bought a PUBLIC STOCK, not a PRIVATE PLACEMENT get locked up for very ...more

My guess is a change in management coming up with 2 million less in the coffer than when that managment took over. Financial due very soon let's see how much money is left since the last financial. Yikessss...................
