On this Company? No contact numbers, no email no contact person...is there anyone running this thing?
The deal they had is no longer on the table. So what next? is this going to trade again or did we just loose everything?

The boys at Omni are having a good time with our money.  Emails to anthony goes unanswered. Omni's record is amazing. 1)   Mckennix-acquired the company for shares and it is dissolved.... 2)   Purses - need I say more 3)   Purekana - they paid $162,000 KR for facilitating the deal...what deal?...and for what?? 4)   Loaned $50,000 to a company

I think ill follow on with a complaint as well. The purse thing was unreal. Reporting huge sales then reversing them with the only "news" of it being  a negative sales figure in a chart in the MDA report released months after KR sold a ton if not most of his stock. But then these stupid trading halts that make public shareholders like private shareholders for months on end unable

I was told by Jeff the Purekana deal was off the table in 2018 not January 2019 and omni should have made an announcment then. Anthony and the board choses to ignore the shareholders and their interests.  This is criminal IMHO and this should keep the folks at the BCSC busy.   LA

Why don’t we file a civil class lawsuit against these guys. We all know there is negligence with the management handling these funds and ignoring the shareholders. I’m down if we can get more shareholders involved

What info did you get? The BCSC says the company is doing everything legal and with regards to negligence the shareholders can file a civil class action against them. Otherwise nothing is going to happen. I can’t even sell my shares since it’s always halted. Let’s bring this to someone to open books and investigate
