They are supposed to be listed on the CSE so it can be seen there https://www.thecse.com/ but as of now there still no RSG ticker

Thanks! I checked my TD Ameritrade account and it shows the cusip for Omni so it should all update as things move along I suspect. Given the 1 for 5 reverse and what I saw of the options and materials to read it would seem that Omni shareholders who say had 10,000 shares, would have 2,000 that opened around 50-60 cents, that would be my guess But I guess we shall see soon, I appreciate the info

Yea it may take some time (a few days to maybe a couple of weeks) once it start trading before we have our brand new golden shiny shares.  If I remember correctly the financing was at .60 so it should open close to that.

Cannot find anything yet but I think management should put out a news release of some kind. Part of the problem with this thing is that it has been difficult to follow and understand these complicated transactions. Looks like we have 100% of one property mineral rights and some others and that receivable putting us in the place of Dreamfields creditors. If done right and timing does not get screwy

Maybe this week? I still do not see a ticker set up. I do think management should have a press release to inform shareholders no? It has been a 2 year wait for something to happen, and I do not see any news for a while.

Roy - I thought I posted before but do not see it here. I do not know if they raised all the money yet as I cannot find it. Still no listing or ticker symbol. Can you check back with your source for an update? A few weeks have gone by . Hopefully management can issue an update of some kind as well. We are still shareholders.

Hey Roymax, Financials and MDA (amended) dropped on Sedar.ca.  I read through everything and I am fairly certain they did not raise the needed money as of of the date of financials. Both deals waived the need to have the consolidation done and the financing. Also there is no word in there on raising any money. We have subsequent to the financials paid out a bunch of money to CBLT and of

Thanks! I was just coming here to post the same . Since there has been no news for so long I do not check every day. But I did read that money raise. There are two filings there so not sure if its a total of 1.6 million or 2 million with the first report included or not in the 2nd. But that is good if they did. So shareholder meeting to approve then we should be good coming up. Overall balance

Yup I forgot the first one, so it's 2M because they have different distribution date & different warrant expiry date.
