Footnotes on Subsequent events show the money raise. Before the money raise the cash was really getting low (under 200k).

Should be good to go with cusip, financials done, name change done,

Anyone have any idea when this will open for trading?

Thanks Roy, appreciate the info! I wonder if they should make a release at some point about the convertible debt they own in the pot company? In any case balance sheet is clean with cash and hardly any debt. That is good!
