Cheung also needs to pay all the USPTO fees on 01s behalf before 3 months elapses.....otherwise, he needs to start all over again......patent not official until this is done.... And even if issued......the patent is still able to be challenged in court by ANY one of the dozens of companies already generating revenue in this area. 01 needs to start generating Ironcap related revenue NOW...RIGHT NOW

Of course its "show me the money" time bleu.  That's one of your self appointed pillars.  That's why investor are in any stock, including 01.  01 is on record saying there will be IronCAP revenue by year end; unclear if this reference is to calendar year end or fiscal year end. On what basis do you infer/suggest that 01 may not be able to pay any USPTO fees?

Cabby...I NEVER said that Cheung wasn't able to pay the USPTO fees....only that he needs to do so prior to a 3 month time frame. My concern is that based on the poorly communicated and adminstered lawsuits involving the USPTO, that Cheung might forget.....or lose track of time...or ignore some obvious requirement (as HIS lawfirms did surrounding a potential appeal of the previous lawsuit)....
