the last four years of PR earning are all the same.  he uses words that do not commit to anything.  In the past he used to issue PR's about exciting partnerhips and the stock would always react in a move higher in the SP.  Share price would go up and then he was probably selling to drive the share price back down.  THis woiuld happen many times, but now it does not.
