I might change my mind on OOR if they were to consolidate the stock and raise some capital to advance their projects to drill. Until that happens I will wait for the impending stock blow off of those 35,000,000 shares issued at .02.  The set up is not good for retail and with known pumpers looking for bagholders this just spells disaster when the music stops.  Gracias.
