I read that they SHOULD be done by the 15th, guess they might be ready by 31 ?...Upon filing the Companys audited financial statements and its related managements discussion for the year ended January 31, 2020, management will be diligently working on completing the Required Filings as soon as possible. The Company anticipates being in a position to file the Required Filings on or before August 29, 2020. As a result of the Companys inability to complete its Required Filings by the Filing Deadline, the Company is in the process of making an application with the British Columbia Securities Commission and other applicable securities

they cant meet a deadline for a change. They said they'd release the already-late audited, full year financials on or before August 15th. Now were at August 18th.
