Yup, he's a liar. Project reminds me of Rubicon's Phoenix undergound deposit. Hundreds of millions sunk, mined for 6 months in 2015 before they had to quit and do more work. They just released a BFS and have a $200mm EV. Capex for restart is ~$100mm. Same thing could happen with GWA (company has been around for decades, hard to believe) who are attempting to raise $30+ million to start ...more
