All partners also shareholders

I'm not worried one bit who's in charge. Many of the partners have spent millions, so they have millions of shares, for trusting that OTSO will make them millions in return. Go OTSO

What partners? Pandion didn't purchase the majority of their shares, and they have an NSR. I cut you slack because I mistakenly thought you were born in 98, but you're a buffoon.

No, not at all. A couple points - they said they would raise funds in tranches. First tranche should have only been $2-$3 million. What happened to derisking the project and raising equity after a rerate, or obtaining a credit facility? Why raise $14 million now at $.05 with full warrant, also at $.05? They said they've garnered significant interest and hosted site visits, is this honestly the ...more

Just from experiance, your boss and family have a mind set to find struggling mines and bring them back on line while also spruiking and handing out "gloosy brochures". At the start, Emperor mine gold project in Fiji was great and your boss was working there for 7 or so years after migrating from South Africa.

continue: Then the mine shut down for some reason and your boss saw some prospect to reopen with the help of a certain $bill partner. One comment that I will never forget is that the said $bill stated that you should never use your own money to start or maintain a project. How true to date from the boss mans point of view. Boss man had many projects after that and very few were followed through ...more

Just another point, dont bother going to the said office in Sydney or Perth Australia, they do not exist as a offfice space but just hire the floor receptionist to move you on.. They used to live in Sydney but now in Perth, Why ? GOLD ! After OTSO I would hazzard a guess of some obscure or failed gold mine in Western Australia to be the next to exploit.  One project is still worth a look ...more
