The PEA of 2014 gives a worst case scenario net present value of 66M$ to the Goldboro mine. https://www.orexexploration.ca/en/pea-2/ Yet, at 0.015$ Orex has a market cap of less than 2.5M$ ... Or if you prefer, the worth of its main asset was appraised at more than 25 TIMES the price at which we are trading as of today. Selling at this price makes absolutely no sense whatsoever IMHO.

Yes maybe that's the evaluation considering the resources but we all know which factors are lowering down the SP... Management, cash, company history, chance to succeed....Would need a miracle that would be someone buying out JL....

Indeed I understand that management's past failures to promote the project and general risk involved in this kind of venture warrants some discount in the price, however a 95% or so discount is ludicrous in my view .

I respect your point of view but I think the SP is showing the inactivity of the management in past years.... No promotion, no work on the property, management intentions unknow, looks more like a dead company to the market.... With the bunch of shares I own, I would be the 1st happy to see the SP way higher than that to get out of this nightmare but we're not for now and will ...more
