After years in stocks This looks like more than backfilling Have seen this before Usually happens when management makes a deal with a major that benefits the Board and screws shareholders Took out all my money on the run up Just kept my profits invested to see this through to the end Have no risk here Been disappointed by this company too many times over the last 10 years to put any kind of trust

I agree with you. I only have a few shares left as well, and its the same old story, management will do whats best for them. These guys could care less if investors have owned this stock for 22 years,22 months or 22 days, its the present situation that they care about. They have yet to give us any clue of the direction they are going on. This is just my opinion on this after owning this stock for

These guys, The board, Management, New team, As whats best the best for them is whats best for us. Meaning this stock goes through the roof. We will be 3 bucks at spud.

I also agree. I sold all my shares but will look at buying again if the price drops to around  $1.30. Management has no consideration for shareholders, they look out for themselves first and FEC second. It now does not appear that a stock sale to raise money is the play. If I had to guess what will happen. I think the stock will fluctuate until they spud the well so it will be a trading stock
