New hire

Any of you rig guys know what the new hire brings to the team? Just looking at his work history, it mostly states "drilling and completions". About 3 offshore rigs that he is going to manage. Don't know about anybody else on the board but I can barely manage a post hole digger, much less, what he's facing. But he's done it before ...more
