Wet dreaming again Dirk? I think u need to put some skin back in CGX ..relax you in FEC? I bet ...we CGXers on edge here... Tree sap! Ya talkin prehistoric tree sap. Hmmm. Yeah somebody is buying fec. Keeps going up. I'm just curious that's all. Hostile takeover maybe in the works. Maybe friendly. We'll know soon enough.Bought some amber in downtown Toronto years ago. Still have it. Got lots of insects in it from millions of years ago. Pretty cool! Not for sale though. No one is buying out FEC unless Catalyst Capital whose co-founder is deAlba wants to sell out as they own 34 percent or so of FEC. Basically they control FEC so it will have to be a great deal for them to get out of an opportunity like this.

The dynamics at play here are unreal. Ok say that someone wanted to buy out fec in a friendly take over. Great deal for oyl as well. This thing could end up in many ways - all good for oyl. I guess it comes down to which is the best.

I would have to agree. And the thought of it being done through a hostile takeover is a big shot in the dark. With the present EPS for FEC (keeping the prospects of the venture with CGX on pause for present purposes), it is not the most attractive target given the possibility of the acquisition being dilutive to the acquiring entity.
