oil or no oil

The recent trading in this stock indicates the well is going to be a duster. Low volume, lack of information, and the appearance of a pivot.
A pivot is when you start changing the story.... 2nd well. And building a port (dock) with future revenue of $25M (30% profit) vs 334M shares is insignificant. The whole play is the well presently being drilled; anything else is just noise.
When the story changes you should get out!
The sellers still have lots of shares to sell so they need to generate some more volume or stretch the time frame.
I think these guys actually do have a plan, unfortunately it doesn't include the small shareholders.
Lots of company pumpers on this board.
I see very little chance of this stock ever going back to $1.63 again. Time is running out!

You must be extreamly short on this stock or are wanting to buy more cheap lol I respectfully accept your opinion but you must have little to none knowledge with what's going on around the world let alone the company. Firstly, they wouldn't be able to talk about the well results until they have concrete results and obviously they wouldn't want to take a chance with any sort of leak for ...more

Great post! Too much respect for a manipulating short. Looking forward to the next month!

Agreed. Most retail shareholders got offered rights at .25. Those that took them are sitting pretty. This is a risk obviously, but why wouldn't people that have been waiting 15-20 years leave before the end of the movie. So silly. That said it's a risk, but everyone has to decide for themselves how much they want to invest.

LOL Do your parents know you try to manipulate others for money?  Bet they're proud. One thing to short a stock, entirely another to activity to do what you're doing. I'm in until hit or miss, no classless snake will convince me otherwise.

So many folks here have lost all objectivity with regards to their stake in CGX - if your not towing the pumper-line you're a short?  I miss WCP's posts, he was one of the very few posters able to look at this from both sides, if he is out he should have done well for himself.  The port idea came about during a time when CGX had no money to do anything, what kind of management ...more

Rockman, you give this Management team too much credit to be forward thinkers like that and they definately are not a group to manage expectations.           Also, like many have said, the clearly dont care about the share price and they just invested many millions to buy shares at $1.63.

Some foolish posters on this board think because I post something negative I must be short. Other foolish posters think a negative post can munipulate the stock price. I am not short. Only a fool would short this stock for obivous reasons - low volume, high unlimited risk. ... all smart investors would know this. Smart investors would also know that these board don't affect the stock price and ...more

I remember that BNN Market Call session by Jaime Carrasco. He was pounding the table hard so I bought in and I've been in ever since. I've have learned a great deal by owning shares in this company. It's a fascinating story from every angle and the current episode is damned exciting. Thanks to all the bullboard contributors and GLTA.

The thing is Kawa may well be a duster and the stock may well never get back to its heights. But your rationale for it here doesn't make much sense. There is no pivot, the port work was announced a long time ago, well before Kawa drill happened. Wei was barely talked about during the call, but to the extent the 2nd well was mentioned, it was weeks ago when they were well above target depth ...more
