ANYTHING can happen over this week end      is what i am hearing.                                                                    just my opinion.  of  course.

I still think its CNOOC that is going to JV with CGX.The silence is almost defining on this drill just like Apache with Total. They all know where the oil is seeing Tullow pull out of Suriname. Why waste your time and money when you know where the oil is and is not.
