No one's brought this up yet: lost injury time
The release states: "The Joint Venture is pleased to report that drilling operations have recorded only a single lost time injury since August."
What does a lost time injury mean? Paper cut and stopped 5 minutes to put a band aid on lost a hand and drilling stopped for a week while it was investigated?
My thinking is if it was significant that could explain some of the delay. Hope our rig/oil experts could shed more througts.

It's a simple reporting term on someone getting hurt. Lost time injury is exactly like it sounds. If you get hurt and miss a day or more of work it is a lost time injury. It could be anywhere from a burn to material getting in someones eye and scratching it.
