WELL soulfire     my uncle said to me about 30 years ago,  no more 35,   he said  IT DOESN`T MATTER  HOW MANY SHARES THERE ARE ,   IT MATTERS  WHO  OWNS  THEM.     F.E.C. owns  about 90% of the CGX shares, i bet it is more now, there NOT for sale,they are buying more in the open market (imo),so  i say that
