At what Point can the Securities commison force a Halt

A rise of this significance with no news is sure to draw the attention of regulators and could it force a Halt?

Haven't sold a share..I'm essentially married to this stock for over 21 years..so my vows were Till Death do you part"

The longs can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel..how bright it will be is the only question.
