Why directed at my post? Everybody already knows that you can't count on certain people no matter how solid your contract is with them, whether it be a marriage or development of multi billion dollar hydrocarbon reserves. Wasn't really directed at you, more of a general statement. I was kid in the 80s in Alberta.  My freinds parents were losing their houses and moving away. Interest rates were 18%. Many don't want to say what they have heard and there have been some very acurate information passed on during the drill. Saying something on a board like this can find you cut off from that source of information very quickly. So many won't say $hit. lj
