Shell?
What are the chances the discoverer stays in the area to drill Wei right away? I understand it's supposed to leave and come back, but this well has put them behind schedule. If Shell has the contract, presumably they would have to agree at some point. Wouldn't be surprised if Shell wanted a piece of the western Atlantic margin too after having success in the Namibian synrift. Thinking out loud.

Great theory and great for thinking outside the box but I don't think so. There is a lot of planning and logistics involved not to mention pipes need to be ordered etc and if they didn't know what well they were going to drill (until after the results at Kawa IMO) there is no time for that and they likely need the 4 to 6 months shell will have the rig. Just my opinion

Yeah Tiger that might be it...supported by the Fleet status report..just a couple more days API dreaming ...Wednesday is Republic day in Guyana auspicious enough to make an announcement on Kawa stats ....the nuggets of info coming slowly ...

CGX would have inventory for the Demerara well I suspect?
