Ignore the risk factor, if Koolaid tastes great....drink it

Exploration drill casings are never used for production altho sometimes Co use production casings in exploration. Stupidity or unbridled optimism

In the case of Eco-Atlantic's 2 drill holes, ECO was NOT the operator, just along for the ride. Samples went to Tullow's lab for analysis. That takes time.

Trying to blame ECO is like blaming passengers for being on a plane that crashes....they weren't flying the dang plane

You are correct, Eco was not the operator, Tullow was. I wasn't blaming Eco, the full blame goes to Tullow who oportunistically with held oil quality info, while having the public think the well would be easy to bring to production. The average Joe off the street could have identified the heavy sludgey stinky oil as poor quality. My point was: EOG shareholders were probably the most impacted ...more
