so we wait for to see if the oil   ,is good or not.  I remember  EOG  made 2 discoveries and the stock went way up.   then  they found out that the OIL  they found was just to  HEAVY ,   well the stock was crushed and so was TULLOW  and that was the straw that allmost took down  tullow.                           ps,    if this oil is good oil,  it will be the first found (ECONOMICAL)  IN the shallow off shore guyana or suriname.   there is that.

Clouder, They said in their NR today that what they found was light oil. They said they found C4 to C12. C8 is octane. Anyway they said that they found light oil. Sounds like they found near gasoline. Should flow nice out of the well. Low viscosity.

Clouder, If the problem zone is an ancient coral reef with vuggy porosity (google vug) with extemely high permeability and say 30 feet thick spread out over 10,000 acres and using 50% recoverable and 40% porosity then I'd say lots! Lol. I don't know Clouder. I'll leave that to people who know much more than me about reservoirs and production. But I did check out what the "C"s

Remembering a conversation I had with my in-laws about 3 yrs ago concerning a neighbor in Diamond suburb of Georgetown in regards to a water well he was having dug for him not more than a hundred ft deep when he struck oil causing the surrounding land around his house and adjacent properties to shift.
