chatter at the water cooler indicates they will announce accepting payments in bitcoin in leu of duffel bags of cash....the new south american duffel shuffel  ....how's the port going find any oil slicks there !! nope just slick oil players lately

Oidarts, Yeah the BIS (Bank for International Settlements) where the world's central banks settle their accounts in the December 2021 Quarterly Review available online said that NBFI (Non Bank Financial Instruments) like crypto currency, ETFs etc are now a major source of funding for companies on a global basis. So I'm not worried about oyl's ability to rsise cash because these days ...more

Can you name one stock transaction that used crypto for funding?  No tthat I dont belive you just want to see some.  Does that also mean they would have to pay suppliers in crypto?  LOL

a2bman, Oh ffs! Everybody knows that companies raise cash in only 3 ways. They either earn it, borrow it or sell shares. So why can't oyl earn it by selling interest in Corentyne? And why does it have to be a JV between other oil companies? Why not some arrangement between exporters of plantains from Venezuela and Colombia and exporters of noodles in China who have money saved in bitcoins?You ...more

Ok so your going to do financings with bitcoin, your going to take payments in bitcoin LOL.  Far to volotile.  I dont need to read your article Ive done plenty of financings and would nenver take bitcoin
