Is this news about the port?

The following link about the port appears in an online edition of Stabroek News, yesterday 20220808:

In the above link, the government of Guyana "has put CGX on notice to stick to its promised September timeline for a plan".

PB it's new. I emailed  both companies regarding this article. So far no reply. I suggest we all email them to get some clarity.
