Based on Friday's close - CGX = $1.80 FEC holds ~257,883,000 shares of CGX = C$~464,189,000 based on current CGX valuation = C$~5.36/share FEC approx. intrinsic value = C$~7.10/share FEC should be at least ($5.36 + $7.10) = C$12.46/share right now.
