Sorry but you are wrong…

Frontera could easily develope te project ...Brent oil prices will be over $100 by year end ...they are funding this well out of cash flow ...as well as the last one ....it will take a couple of years to get to that stage by the they would have the money in the bank to do so

I agree frank. Easier, Cgx is sold and frontera got its own resources to develop Wei and kawa

Not a chance, Just check out what EXXON paid for their last  FPSO.  Not even including likley 8-10 appraisal wells.. If you believe that you sir are dulusional. A  farm if succescful  on Wie would be Iminent.  Fronterra is a Junior/Medium at best. With most of their properties in that dumpster fire Columbia.

One thing to consider is the cash FEC would receive if they sold their stake in cgx. 275 million shares sold at $6 USD would give them 1.65 billion dollars USD. They could also Farm down half of their 68% for another 1.5 billion USD had a similar rate giving them sufficient cash to participate as a 1/3 partner. That said, I think FEC rise will be slower than the cgx rise if we are so fortunate as ...more

When you start conquering the English language and stop misspelling the beautiful country of COLOMBIA you might Garner some respect. The dumpster fire is in you ratty mouth. Since you want to degrade the country...you should be thankful Frontera is financing this highly speculative company which for 25 years has produced nothing profitable in an oil discovery.

I dont agree.  Cashflow is under 500m debt ratios at 1:1. They are huge outlays in advance of production.  your talking there entire cashflow for years. Thats without money going into existing production base.  dev would easily be >3B. Production facilty and likely 40 wells with prod wells and injectors at likely at 50m a well. That outlay alone has to be done in a year or ...more

Did you ever consider frontera selling off Colombia, Peru and Ecuador assets. The 165,000,000 million barrels of resets in the ground are worth 1, 000,000,000 and surely 42k barrels a day with 7.3 years of proven reserves with worth a few bill. There is only 85.5 million shares. They could raise another billion thru a stock offering. I wouldn't discount the possibility.. guess time will tell ...more

It's not undervalued it's because many of their assets are in Culumbia under a socialist regime. Lol.
Comment by fishfanactic on Feb 24, 2023 3:28pm
You again. Try educate yourself fool it's COLOMBIA. Oil sells on the world market the same price and if produced in.Colombia it's Denominated in US DOLLARs. Don't bore me with your xucking ignorance

Yes and it's a commodity that goes up and down and governments sometimes change royalty structures especially the ones on the left. You sure are a sensitive little bits aren't ya. You have a great weekend, I know I will as I just made a s load today on this speculative crappy stock. Again!
Comment by fishfanactic on Feb 24, 2023 6:55pm
Every country negotiates royalty structures whether right or left. I am a sensitive when you try and peddle your right wing smear campaign on Colombia. You don't live here but yet you think you know the country and it calls for you making derogatory remarks. So if you made your money (sold) you can leave this forum and take your slimey comments with you.

Fish...I believe ljmorin point is well taken in that it is Much more likely  that the Rules of the game get Changed in a left wing Regime as opposed  to Right wing....Definitely  has an effect on stock price....
Comment by ljmorin on Feb 24, 2023 7:42pm
No I still have lots left for the end game. I'm not a day trader. What I was saying about royalties is that the left normally raises the rates for their agenda and programs whick in turn reduces investment in the country, where as the right [Not far right] normally creates incentives for more investment and long term gain for the country and the people. Surely you can't deny that? I' ...more

Fishfanatic, The following link in Spanish supports your thesis. Colombia is on the verge of a very serious energy crisis. The link says that by the end of 2023 Colombia will import 25 million cubic feet of natural gas from Venezuela. Those interested can use google translate to read the link in English. The essential point is that the current government is causing energy scarcity with their ...more
