I dont really get why every one is pissed. Did you all think Frontera was going to give CGX a free ride? they have zero revenue.  They needed to pay their share, it was either this or another raise in which frontera owns more of the company by diluting current share holders. 

Its also why the stock has been lagging. the concern is, how do they pay . answer. give up a %
